Murray River Pink Flake Sea Salt

This salt is from South Australia’s Murray River. More specifically, it’s produced naturally from the underground brines in the Murray Darling Basin. Previously lying dormant for thousands of years, utilizing these waters has improved the environment, and a beautiful salt is set forth. These delicate peach-colored flakes have a wonderfully mild flavor and work well as a finishing salt. The crystals melt quickly and evenly making it ideal for cooking and roasting and also combines well in dry spice blends.
