Pacific Blue

This is an all-natural, kosher-style flake sea salt, harvested from the Pacific Ocean. Pacific Blue melts quickly and blends well with other dry ingredients. By volume, this salt is lighter than traditional sea salts. The crystals are shaped like small hollow pyramids, as in the traditional of kosher, flake-style.

Uses: A great all-purpose sea salt.
